Terms of Service & Inspection Agreement

1. Scope of 30-Point Inspection
The $79 30-Point Moisture & Mold Inspection is a visual and diagnostic surface moisture screening covering accessible areas of the property (such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, living areas, ceilings, and accessible HVAC registers). It utilizes professional digital moisture meters and thermal imaging. It does not include destructive investigation (cutting drywall), laboratory culturing/species identification, invasive crawlspace entry, or structural engineering.
2. Adult Presence Requirement
An individual aged 18 or older must be present during the scheduled inspection to grant access to the property and identify specific areas of moisture or air quality concern.
3. On-Time Promise Policy
Our On-Time Promise: If our technician arrives more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment window without giving prior phone notice, your inspection fee is 100% refunded or waived.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our inspection is a snapshot of visible conditions and moisture levels at the time of service. It is not an insurance policy or guarantee against future water leaks, mold proliferation, or concealed structural conditions behind walls.
