100% of your $79 inspection fee is credited toward a Full Home Assessment or remediation services booked within 6 months of your inspection date.
1. Eligibility
Every paid $79 30-Point Moisture & Mold Inspection conducted by Murdered By Mold qualifies for a full $79 credit toward any subsequent Full Home Assessment or professional mold remediation project performed by Murdered By Mold.
2. Six-Month Window
The credit remains valid for 180 calendar days (6 months) following the completed inspection date. After 180 days, unused credit expires.
3. Transferability & Application
The credit applies to the same property inspected or may be transferred to a primary residence within Salt Lake, Davis, or Utah Counties upon verified ownership. Credit is deducted directly as a line-item credit on the final invoice for remediation or advanced assessment.
4. No Obligation
There is zero obligation to purchase remediation, testing, or follow-up services. If your inspection indicates no harmful moisture or mold, you receive written peace of mind and the initial $79 fee completes our engagement.
